Free Tier Terms
Last updated: October 2026
1. What the free tier is
IteraCompute offers selected models with free capacity (for example Qwen3.8-27B with 32K free context) so developers can build without a credit card. Free capacity is listed on the Free Models page and is subject to these Free Tier Terms together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Fair use and rate limits
- Rate limits may change: per-key limits (requests per minute, tokens per minute, concurrency) are set by us and may be raised, lowered or reshaped at any time as capacity allows, without prior notice.
- Free capacity is shared and best-effort: throughput, latency and availability vary with overall demand; requests may be slowed or rejected with HTTP 429 or 503 during peak periods.
- No uptime SLA: free capacity carries no uptime, latency or support-response commitment. Production workloads should use serverless paid usage where offered, or reserved / dedicated capacity.
3. Abuse and multi-account limits
- Abuse may lead to suspension: bulk registration, automated farming, quota resale, scraping, or other behavior that degrades shared capacity may result in rate-limit reduction, key revocation, account suspension or termination.
- Multiple-account limit circumvention prohibited: creating or coordinating multiple accounts, keys or devices to evade per-account or per-key limits is prohibited and treated as abuse.
- One natural person or entity is expected to operate within its published free quota; contact us if you need higher evaluation capacity.
4. Availability changes and paid overflow
Models, context limits and free quotas may be added, reduced or discontinued as capacity and upstream licensing allow. Paid overflow pricing for free models, where offered, will be published on the pricing page; until then, usage beyond free capacity may be throttled or rejected rather than billed.
5. Relationship to other terms
In case of conflict between these Free Tier Terms and the general Terms of Service for free capacity, these Free Tier Terms prevail for free capacity. Enterprise agreements prevail for the reserved or dedicated services they cover.
