These terms apply to the use of this website. Commercial use of IteraCompute inference and compute services is governed by the signed agreement between IteraCompute and the enterprise customer, which prevails over these terms.

2. Enterprise Customers Only

IteraCompute currently provides services to enterprise customers only. We do not offer services to individual developers at this time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. Website Content

Content on this website, including model lineup and technical descriptions, is provided for general information. Model availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed only in the applicable service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IteraCompute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to commercial services is limited as set forth in the signed service agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
