Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms are between you and IteraCompute Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Chongqing, China that operates IteraCompute, and apply to this website, the IteraCompute Console (platform.iteracompute.com) and our self-service APIs, including free and serverless inference. Reserved capacity and dedicated inference for enterprise customers are governed by a signed service agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. Eligibility and Account Types

IteraCompute offers both self-service access for individual developers, startups and teams, and enterprise offerings with signed agreements. To create a self-service account you must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, provide accurate registration information, and keep your login credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and API keys.

Enterprise customers may additionally enter into a signed service agreement for reserved capacity, dedicated inference or custom deployments. Where such an agreement exists, its terms for scope, service levels, pricing and liability prevail for the covered services.

3. Access to the Services

Subject to these terms and, where applicable, your service agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our APIs and to integrate them into your own applications and services. Each API key carries its own scope and rate limits (requests per minute, tokens per minute and concurrency). Requests outside a key's scope are rejected. You must not share or resell API access outside the terms of your account or service agreement, and must not circumvent rate limits or access controls, including by creating or operating multiple accounts to evade limits.

4. Free Tier and Fair Use

Selected models are offered with free capacity subject to our Free Tier Terms, including fair-use rate limits. Free capacity is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime SLA, and rate limits and availability may change as capacity allows. Abuse, including bulk registration or coordinated multi-account use to circumvent limits, may lead to rate-limit reduction, suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website and our services only in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law: you must not use the services for unlawful purposes; submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or share or resell API access outside your applicable terms.

6. Prompts and Outputs

You retain all rights in the prompts and other business or customer data you submit and own the outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law and upstream model licenses. You act as data controller, and we act in principle as a neutral technical service provider that processes Interaction Data to provide the services you request.

Without your explicit authorization, we will not use your Model API call data, Interaction Data or Usage Data to train, fine-tune or optimize general-purpose foundation models offered to unspecified users. Processing and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy and the applicable service agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit your prompts to the services.

7. Output Accuracy

Model outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, incorrect or offensive. They do not represent our views. You should evaluate outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before relying on them, and must not use them as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice.

8. Fees and Payment

Free capacity is provided at no charge within its published limits. Serverless usage beyond free capacity, where offered, is billed per token as published on our pricing page. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment-card numbers. Reserved and dedicated offerings are priced and invoiced under the applicable signed service agreement.

9. Website Content

Content on this website, including model lineup and technical descriptions, is provided for general information. Model availability, specifications, rate limits and pricing are confirmed only in the Console, the applicable service agreement, or the referenced Free Tier Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, rate-limit or suspend access when required for security, suspected abuse or legal compliance, including blocking API keys suspected of exposure and suspending accounts engaged in bulk registration, limit circumvention, non-payment or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or Free Tier Terms. You may close your self-service account at any time. Termination of enterprise commercial services is governed by your service agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IteraCompute Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or self-service APIs, and free capacity is provided without warranties of availability or uptime. Liability related to enterprise commercial services is limited as set forth in the signed service agreement.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, including to reflect new self-service offerings, free-tier limits or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the services after the update constitutes acceptance.
